Privacy policy
What we store
Your account details (name, brand, email, hashed password), your subscription status via Stripe, your credit history, and the images you upload or generate. We never store card numbers - payment runs entirely through Stripe.
What we use it for
Operating your atelier: generating imagery, tracking your credit balance, billing, and support. Uploaded reference images are sent to our AI engine partners (e.g. fal.ai) solely to produce your output.
What we don't do
We don't sell your data, we don't train AI models on your uploads as a customer, and we don't show your private models or campaigns to other customers. The only training that takes place on photos of persons is Digital Twin training on the talent's own photos - and only with the talent's explicit, written consent (see the section on talent).
Your rights
Under GDPR you can request access, correction or deletion of your data at any time - write to hello@framai.dk (data controller: Meotine ApS, Store Kongensgade 118, 1264 Copenhagen K). You can also lodge a complaint with the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet). Deleting your account removes your personal data and private models; generated images already delivered to you are yours to keep.
Uploads & retention
Reference images you upload (garments, moodboards, accessories) are stored only to produce your output and are deleted automatically after 90 days. Your generated campaign images are yours and stay in your archive. We keep no more data than we need - smaller storage also means a smaller energy footprint.
Talent & Digital Twins (special categories of data)
When a model or influencer creates a Digital Twin, we train an AI model on the talent's own photos for the sole purpose of reproducing the talent's appearance. We treat facial data of this nature as sensitive data: processing takes place solely on the basis of the talent's explicit, written consent in the license agreement (GDPR art. 6 and art. 9), for the agreed purpose and nothing else. The talent can withdraw consent at any time - new generations then stop immediately, and the trained twin model and the training photos are deleted on request (the right to erasure, GDPR art. 17). Campaign images already delivered to brands, generated under valid approvals, are not affected by the withdrawal.
